SHIPPING COST


We offer FREE express shipping on orders over $200 AUD


Flat express post rate: $15 AUD


DHL Express: 4-7 business days

 

PROCESSING TIME 

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Australia.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES 

International orders
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.

 

ORDER TRACKING


Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. We ship orders Monday- Friday, tracking details will not be supplied on weekends.

You can enter your tracking number to Australia post or DHL to track your item.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDER


Once an order has been submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure we ship out your orders as quickly as possible.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
 

TANGO is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping courier (DHL Express) directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
DHL recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you still have not received your order, you can submit a claim via DHL here.
