Refund policy

We accept bikinis purchased from in new condition with tags and liners in tact for aΒ store credit. Return shipping is at customer expense. Please note sale items are final sale are not eligible for return. Sale items are not eligible for returns. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and that the following is met:

Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange if they fit the below criteria.Β 

  • Unworn items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.Β 
  • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached, and must be in perfect resale condition. Β Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains or odors (such as perfume). All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If item/s are returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Full price goods

Full-priced items are eligible for store credit/ exchange.Β 

Sale goods

Any items marked asΒ No ReturnsΒ areΒ Final SaleΒ and not eligible for returns. You’ll see this on the product page if applies.

Items purchased during aΒ flash sale or promotion are eligibleΒ for either:

  • Store creditΒ (for the discounted amount paid); or
  • ExchangeΒ for the same item in a different size (even if the price has gone up after the sale); or
  • ExchangeΒ for any item in our store of equal/ lesser value, based on the price you paid for the item during the sale.Β 

Sale goods include any item/s:Β 

  • on sale,
  • purchased using a discount code,
  • using a store credit
